We're back - well, sort of. This is our new blog. It seems easier to start anew then to try to update our old blog - lifeisntrandom.blogspot.com. Tabula Rasa - fresh slate - ahh, it feels good, kind of like the feel of freshly laundered linens on the first night you use them...hmmm.
I chose to call this post "New and Improved" simply because this statement which is a very common marketing phrase perplexes me (Michelle) a lot. So, is it new or is it improved? "New" would suggest that it has never existed before whereas "Improved" connotes that it previously existed - perhaps in a less desirable state thus requiring some improvement. Oh well.
Anyway, there's been so much change in our lives in the last year that updating the old blog seems too great a task so here goes! Welcome to our new blog!

I suppose this would be one of the rare moments when "New & Improved" is correct, this being a NEW blog location but created to IMPROVE the former (out-dated) blog. Or perhaps it's more like when a store goes through a make over and changes locations at the mall and has a grand 're-opening'...
